  • Individual Psychotherapy with adults

  • I work with Adults ages 21-45 experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Stressors, Attachment Trauma, Unresolved Childhood Trauma, and Men and Women’s Health.

  • Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you into therapy, your history, goals and focus coming into therapy, and how I can best support you in those goals.

  • Sessions are around 55 minutes. Most clients choose to meet weekly, but we always touch base to discuss a schedule that meets your needs and availability .

  • Yes. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.

    If you do not want to use insurance, my fee’s are $160 for a 55 minute session and $95 for a 30 minute session.

  • Yes. I have both in-person and virtual availability.

    I offer virtual therapy in the state of Illinois. Virtual sessions are secure, confidential, and designed to give you flexibility.

    I offer in-person sessions on Tuesday’s in Wicker Park. Address provided upon scheduling.
